On 4th February 2026, Heritage Hands Foundation held a productive and strategic engagement meeting at the European Union Office in Accra with His Excellency Rune Skinnebach, the European Union Ambassador to Ghana, and his Personal Assistant. The meeting marked an important milestone in our ongoing efforts to expand partnerships and strengthen our impact across communities in Ghana.

During the meeting, the Heritage Hands Foundation team formally introduced the organization, presenting our vision, mission, and mandate to promote sustainable community development, social inclusion, and empowerment. We highlighted our core focus areas, key interventions, and the tangible outcomes of projects implemented across education, health, livelihoods, youth empowerment, and community development sectors.

The team also shared insights into our completed and ongoing projects, outlining the positive changes achieved within beneficiary communities. Emphasis was placed on our community-driven approach, commitment to accountability, and dedication to delivering long-term, sustainable impact. These discussions provided an opportunity to demonstrate our capacity to effectively design, implement, and manage development programmes aligned with national and international development priorities.

A key component of the meeting was the exploration of potential areas for collaboration between Heritage Hands Foundation and the European Union. Conversations focused on identifying strategic partnerships that could support initiatives in education, skills development, youth employment, gender inclusion, health, and environmental sustainability. Both parties exchanged ideas on how joint interventions could further enhance development outcomes and contribute meaningfully to Ghana’s broader development agenda.

His Excellency Rune Skinnebach commended the Foundation for its work at the grassroots level and expressed interest in exploring opportunities for future collaboration. The engagement provided valuable insights into the European Union’s development priorities in Ghana and opened avenues for potential partnerships that align with our mission.

The meeting concluded on a positive note, with a shared commitment to continued dialogue and collaboration. Heritage Hands Foundation remains dedicated to building strong partnerships with development institutions, government agencies, and international stakeholders to amplify our impact and deliver sustainable solutions that improve lives and strengthen communities.

We look forward to deepening this relationship and exploring collaborative opportunities that will enable us to expand our reach and drive lasting change across Ghana.
