Guided by our mandate to strengthen cultural heritage and diaspora linkages, the Diaspora Affairs Office, Office of the President, is proud to formally endorse the Heritage Hands Foundation (HHF) for its outstanding commitment to preserving Ghana’s culture, empowering women and children, and advancing girl-child education.

Established and led by respected Queenmothers, HHF has already distinguished itself as a beacon of leadership in education, women’s empowerment, environmental sustainability, and cultural preservation. We commend the Foundation’s vision of positioning Ghanaian culture and heritage at the forefront of both national and international platforms while championing women and girls as true drivers of change.

HHF’s initiatives—including literacy projects, teacher-librarian training, water and sanitation programs, and cultural preservation efforts—demonstrate a holistic approach to community development. These efforts align seamlessly with Ghana’s national priorities and the objectives of the Diaspora Engagement Policy, especially in the areas of skills training for women, promoting girls in science, and fostering cultural exchange programs that create pathways for inclusion, empowerment, and leadership.

Equally, we recognize the wisdom and influence of traditional leaders—particularly Queenmothers—whose stewardship brings credibility and authenticity to HHF’s mission. This leadership reflects the spirit of our theme, Building Bridges, Breaking Barriers, by fostering connections across the global diaspora and ensuring that Ghana’s cultural legacy continues to inspire future generations.

As a token of this endorsement, the Diaspora Affairs Office will collaborate with HHF to provide global visibility for its programs, facilitate opportunities for cultural diplomacy, and encourage active engagement from public and private stakeholders both in Ghana and across the diaspora. Where possible, the Office of the President will also explore further collaboration, including protocol support, diaspora-linked cultural exchange, and alignment with international development goals such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The Diaspora Affairs Office, Office of the President, proudly acknowledges the Heritage Hands Foundation for its bold vision, innovative spirit, and unwavering dedication. We look forward to working closely with HHF to ensure that its programs continue to empower women and children while elevating Ghana’s cultural identity on the global stage.
